I am currently learning to be a diver. Scuba diving is a great way to make a few extra bucks as it is a skill needed in so many different applications of my new life. Inspections of boats, recovery of items, fishing and capturing video, guided tours and so much more. I plan to have the certification to be a diving instructor before I leave Canada, and I imagine I can make a little money teaching as well. To do this I intend on being fully capable of all of these jobs and more and various tools will be necessary to accomplish my goal.
Diving requires air, and this means tanks will need to be filled. An Air Compressor will be mounted on board and each tank will take around 20 minutes to fill, and I will have enough battery power to fill roughly 10 tanks, killing my batteries but they will recharge :). Next is ensuring I can communicated with the other diver I am with. In diving we learn hand signals to communicate, but I intend on video recording as well so having the right equipment means a better experience for all involved. These Face Masks allow me to record voice as well as communicate with the other diver.
Another way I intend to make money with Scuba is inspections of boats. These will include recording any damages or showing need for repair and since I intend on recording underwater treks anyway, the GoPro camera line has excellent options that serve both purposes. I also plan to include an Underwater Drone in my tool kit as this allows for booty view, and lower needed time for inspections. Since we are on the topic, I will be looking to have an Air Drone which will serve as overhead views, as well as mast inspections.
My next plan for making money is making Bimini's, from scratch. This requires sewing very heavy materials to install zippers, Vinyl windows and patches and seems. I will need to update my Sewing Machine considerably but thankfully these tools are not extremely big. I will be able to build from scratch a complete Bimini Enclosure for any boat, anywhere I go.
I will document my travels with the camera recording equipment I will need/use on other jobs as well and post on sites like Patreon and YouTube, as well as on my social media and website. You will be able to follow along as I go, and if we are friends, possibly even get to be a part of the experience. Once I begin this chapter, I will not take on new clients and I will not be available for hire to anyone outside of my direct friends list for anything sexually related.
Finally I will be creating an online store with various items for sale. Some of these will be simple gift ideas, some will be arrangements I make along the way.
